If you want to coordinate a group of individuals working with you and you like the iCal calendar that comes with all new macintosh computers. I worked to make this application safe (for example it uses its own calendar within iCal) but there could be circumstances and incompatibilities or errors that I have not seen or anticipated. iCalCommand uses events in a calendar to drive the creation of todo lists and/or emails under the user's control. Rather than risk accidentally wiping out your regular calendar(s) events through an unforseen bug, iCalCommand expects a calendar dedicated solely to it's functions. Note that iCal allows the use of multiple calendars and you can see evens on one or all of them by checking off the calendars you want to see in the (typically) left hand side Calendars menu. Also note that any manually entered todo item on the Control calendar will be wiped out by iCalCommand. It does not wipe out events on the Control calendar so this allows iCalCommand to repeatedly generate a new set of todos based on the position of the current lookahead and lookbehind temporal window.
